For those of you who wish to pay for a larger photoshoot such as a wedding I have provided several categories of wedding collections (two hour, four hour, six hour and eight hour packages).  All collections come with wedding albums incorporated (2 hours collections do not include an album). High resolution digital files that form part of the album will be provided to the client for their own use provided this use does not infringe on copyright leglislation.

All of my photographs are taken in digital RAW format. This means that you get high resolution non destructive digital files that don't suffer from issues surrounding compressed file formats like JPEG

RAW files require individual processing out of camera, this enabling the personalised touch without degrading the image.

All of my Post Shoot Processing, Retouching and Restoration work is done using, Adobe Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC, this offering advanced editing capabilities for your personal or commercial images. 

Commercial v's Non-Commerial Image Use

The definition of commercial use in terms of purchases from me simply means that the purchaser will be using an image or digital file for financial gain. If you are intending to use any image for this purpose then a copyright use agreement must be signed. In addition to this, if the image is in the form of a digital file then the cost of purchase of a digital file is more than for non-commercial use. If your organisation wishes to purchase a digital file for non-commercial gain, for example developing a road safety poster, then the normal price for the digital files will apply.

Copyright

Photographic images are the copyright property of the photographer however I will discuss options with you. 

As the photographer I will still reserve the right to use any image for my portfolio however images will only be used in my portfolio after your advertisement is posted for public/consumer display.
