Mike Potts Photography is based in Alice Springs, Northern Territory but from May 2024 will be based from Nowra, NSW.  Professional wedding photography can be arranged anywhere in Australia.

There are six primay wedding collections available catering for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 hour photographic shoots.  Alternative individually structured photographic shoots can be discussed and arranged.

 Wedding Contract

All weddings should be incorporated into a formal contract between the photographer and the client. This will ensure that all the parties concerned will know the expectations of each other. Please select this link to view the standard contract that I use.

ALL IMAGES WILL BE POSTED ON MY WEBSITE FOR YOU, FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO VIEW YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE WEDDING.  YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO HAVE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC OR PRIVATE VIEWING.  I WILL ASSUME THAT THE GALLERY WILL BE PRIVATE UNLESS INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE.

PRIVATE GALLERIES WILL REQUIRE ANY PERSON WHO WANTS TO SEE THE PICTURES TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON MY WEBSITE AND REQUEST ACCESS TO YOUR GALLERY. I WILL CHECK WITH YOU AS TO WHO YOU WANT TO HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR GALLERY AND ONLY APPROVE ACCESS WITH YOUR APPROVAL.

A RETAINER OF 30% OF THE WEDDING COLLECTION  IS TO BE PAID TO RESERVE EVENT COVERAGE.  THE RETAINER IS NON-REFUNDABLE (BUT MAY BE REAPPLIED) IF THE EVENT IS RESCHEDULED.

60% OF THE TOTAL BALANCE MUST BE PAID AT THE PRE-WEDDING MEETING 4-6 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DAY, WITH THE BALANCE OF 10% DUE UPON PICKUP OF THE PROOFS.
